Unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

📦 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Earphones and personal-use electronics that have been unsealed or used.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

In cases of faulty or wrong items, InnovateEase LTD will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.
⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
