Returns & Refund

At InnovateEase LTD, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund process.


✅ Eligibility for Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

    • In the same condition as received, with all accessories included.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required to process your return.


📦 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Earphones and personal-use electronics that have been unsealed or used.

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at checkout.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct product exchanges.

  • If you would like a different item, please request a return and place a new order.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • In cases of faulty or wrong items, InnovateEase LTD will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you.


⚠️ Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.


📞 How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@innovateease.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide return instructions and (if applicable) a return label.

  3. Ship the item back to us within the given timeframe.

  4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed.


ℹ️ Important Notes

  • Returned items that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected and sent back to you.

  • Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or payment provider.

  • Always keep your return shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund is confirmed.
